Property Code of Conduct

CODE OF CONDUCTRIM Shopping Center is a private commercial property and is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe shopping experience for our guests. We ask all our guests to conduct themselves in a respectful way in accordance with the code of conduct and all laws and local ordinances. WHILE VISITING RIM SHOPPING CENTER, THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED:Any violation of the law, which includes the commission of any act defined by Federal, State, or local ordinances as a criminal actThe possession of firearms or illegal weaponsLoitering, trespassing, distributing handbills or solicitingBlocking storefronts, fire exits or obstructing pedestrian or vehicular trafficPicketing, demonstrating, and petitioning unless otherwise authorized by lawDisorderly conduct or any activity whose nature would tent to disrupt the legitimate business of the property and its tenants Failing to be properly clothed, including acceptable footwearThe possession of open alcoholic beverages, except in designated areasPets or animals, other than leashed, non-aggressive or service animals aiding persons with disabilities Commercial videotaping or photography Conduct that endangers, including, but not limited to, the use of skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles and other similar devicesThe use of Segway's or other similar motorized devices except by persons with mobility impairments Excessive or disruptive noise The use of abusive, threatening, obscene or profane language The use of tobacco is prohibited in all areas of the shopping centerGuests who do not act in accordance with the above Code may be asked to leave the shopping center or subject to arrest by law enforcement. The shopping center retains the right to revise or modify the rules as necessary.
